Happy Friday! As you know today is the first day that the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is open to EVERYONE including those that are not Nordstrom card holders. You can see more of my sale picks in this post, & this post. The below photos are items I tried on in the dressing room & also shared on Snapchat (lawrenbagley). I was going for mostly staple items that I can wear for years, & also items that I can begin wearing now as well as months from now. I’m sharing sizing information as well as other random fit info, but if there’s any other questions you have about any of the items just let me know! Click on the pic below my pic to shop the items. PS- I am literally wearing only two pairs of shoes & jeans in all photos- one pair is my wedges which can be found here, & the lace ups are part of the sale. Sorry I didn’t have a chance to style with boots/booties, I was pressed for time. I’m sharing the good, the bad & the ugly, so enjoy!
Super comfy and light weight & also lined with a slip. Comes in 2 other prints. Appropriate to wear now with wedges or sandals, & then with boots or booties & a jacket/cardi in the cooler months. I’m wearing a size small.
Very comfy sweater that comes in several colors. Jeans are very comfortable as well & kind of like jeggings due to their stretchy fit. Shoes are awesome & come in 3 colors, but size up an entire size as they run small. I’m wearing a size XS in the sweater, a 26 in the jeans & an 8 (my regular size is a 7) in the shoes. Sweater & jeans TTS.

Today’s Wednesday Wish List is all about tops & a few jackets from the sale, all which are under $50, & of course everything ships free! Most of these items are classics & can be worn throughout the entire fall & winter- most can even be worn now. Early access lasts until the 23rd & things are already selling out. Not to worry because they should be re-stocked before the sale is open to the public on the 24th. Happy Tuesday! Today’s blog post is a little different, but very important. Why you ask? Well…we have so many opportunities to help others like Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company does. Jewelers Mutual is set to donate a total of $2 million to support three causes- health, home & hunger. Three things we too often take for granted. Jewelers Mutual is doing this through a corporate giving campaign called “Band Together,” which is exactly what we as a nation should be doing in all aspects of life. The nonprofits benefiting are St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Habitat for Humanity, and Feeding America or Food Banks Canada. This is partially where you come in. Happy Monday, hope you had a fantastic weekend! I spent the weekend with my family & it was wonderful. We continued the celebration of my Grandfather’s birthday & were able to enjoy a little more of each other’s company. I headed back to Statesville with my folks yesterday & am just relaxing before I head to Raleigh to visit my in-laws tomorrow.

Happy Friday! As you know I’m back in NC visiting family & loving it! The off the shoulder top in this post is one of the items I brought with me because it’s super comfortable, cute, & 100% cotton so it breathes….this is important when the humidity is ridiculous (it is). Also, these colorful tassel sandals are currently on sale for 50% off! I wear them all the time & am constantly getting compliments on them. They’re super fun & a great way to add some color & movement to any outfit. Lastly, this necklace & these tassel earrings are THE BOMB! Whenever I find myself looking for a statement necklace that’s still not in your face I reach for this one. I absolutely love the shape, & since it’s a brushed metal it goes with practically everything you own. Tassel earrings…enough said. 🙂
