While the gals and I were in Nantucket, MA we were lucky enough to enjoy an evening at one of the Lark Boutique Hotels, 76 Main. The moment we walked up to the beautiful house and opened the door to the smell of freshly baked cookies, we knew we’d be in for a treat!
The sitting room off from the main office was absolutely breathtaking. The herringbone wing back chairs were my favorite and I could have sat in that room all day long! Every nook and cranny was beautifully decorated, and the last place you felt like you were was a hotel. With a nautical vibe and splashes of my favorite color blue it was as if I had been transported to my dream space. Plus, with the best freshly baked sea salt chocolate chip cookies in hand I was in heaven.
After eating way too many cookies than I should have and enjoying a little time in the main room we headed out the door to our bedrooms. Walking out the back door you stumble upon the cutest patio area. Comfortable seating, cute lights everywhere, and a great place to unwind outside. So quiet, and the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning among the chirping birds.
Our room had a nautical vibe and was so cozy! Each room had a different style and decor making it so fun to peek my head in to the other beautiful spaces.
How fun is this swinging chair that was in our room?! Such a cute addition!
When you’re staying at 76 Main forget about a silly “continental breakfast.” Breakfast here is chef made and beautifully set up in their kitchen for you to feel at home. The scones and fresh fruit with mint were my favorite!
One thing I know for sure is that next time I go to Nantucket I will be staying at 76 Main. I’ll be looking to stay at Lark Hotels anywhere I go. They are by far the coolest boutique hotels out there!
