Hey, hey! My apologies for being MIA on the blog the past several days. Last week was really hectic, & between our air being out, last minute house showings, computer disasters, getting our house under contract (yay!), & plenty of other stuff that resulted in me running all over Morehead City & Jacksonville I simply couldn’t get around to posts. It was one of those weeks that if something could go wrong it did, & when our house went under contract on Friday it quite literally made my week & brought me to tears that something positive happened. Thank God! I cannot believe that in less than a month our house (at least most of it) will be packed up. Moving on….literally & figuratively.
This off the shoulder dress (in white here) is amazing! I am in love with the embroidery detail & the fact that it’s chambray. I love strawberry season & am grateful that for the past two years Matt & I have been able to go pick strawberries together. We search for the biggest & ripest! You can see what I wore last year to pick strawberries here. Apparently I dig wearing off the shoulder embroidered pieces when I go strawberry picking. 🙂 That top is still available too, & most things that I’m wearing in the old post which I still wear to this day! I also can’t believe how bad those pictures are lighting wise…I have SO much to learn about a camera, but what a difference a year makes as it was pretty much the exact same weather…sunny & windy. Let me know if you have any places around you to go strawberry picking. I still want to go blueberry picking & apple picking one of these days. I love fresh fruits & veggies this time of year & all the local farmers that sell their produce up the street.
