Happy Friday! I know I’ve been slack on posting this week & I apologize. I’ve been saving up my last two outfit posts for no good reasons…I just hate having 0 so I get nervous. The holiday’s put me WAY behind, & it’s hard when the hubs is just home for the weekend & the weather sucks. Rant over.
Today’s post is all about fitness wear. Tons of people tend to resolute to work out more in the New Year. Truth is I work out every week, but I’m not where I’d like to be in terms of my goals. I want to start running more than just a few miles at a time & actually be able to do a real pull up. I’m working on it! It makes me feel so much better when I do work out, even on the days I dread it. Seriously guys….just move your body. I truly believe if you don’t use it, you lose it. It’s amazing what the body can do, & the hardest part is just doing it. There are so many times I don’t want to work out, but I also know that I never regret it once I do. Not only does it help your mind & body, but it also helps with healthier eating choices…or it makes you not feel so bad about eating pizza & drinking beer when you do. 🙂 Just because working out sometimes sucks doesn’t mean the gear has to. Looking cute can even be a motivator! So get your butt in to gear & move that body. You only have one of them, so take care of it.
