Happy Hump Day! Today’s Wednesday Wish List is all about handbags…and lux ones at that. This list is comprised of all leather handbags and at very different price points. Handbags are something I’ve learned the hard way to invest in. I love bags and had WAY too many of them. I’ve given away & sold a lot of my bags in order to invest in high quality sturdy bags that will last for years. Some of my Tory Burch bags I’ve had for almost 10 years, and they still look brand new. My Louis Vuitton bags look brand new too, and I’ve had one of them for the same amount of time & almost 10 years! If you have a high quality bags & take good care of them you’ll find they can literally last you a lifetime. Most of you know I have the Chloe Marcie Small Leather Crossbody (bottom right bag) because I use it all the time so you see it constantly on my Instagram and Blog posts. It is definitely a staple in my wardrobe and by far my favorite small bag. I recently just got the Vera Bradley Calf Hair Leopard Bag that’s pictured & am obsessed! There’s even a wristlet that you can find here that matches that I’ll be using the heck out of too. Never again will I purchase cheap bags that will fall apart on me in the matter of months, as I used to literally just throw away my money doing that. I’m hard on my handbags and can sometimes be a pack rat so I need something that is reliable. If you’ve been thinking about investing in a good handbag please do yourself a favor & do it! You will not regret it & remember the rule of thumb of Cost Per Wear. The more you use/wear something, the lower the cost per wear. If you purchase something that you will use for years to come, your cost per wear will be much less than spending $20 on a trendy item that you’ll only use a couple times. Don’t get me wrong I’m all about a good deal, but a sale or clearance item is only worth it if you intend to actually use it more than once. Value, not low prices should be your main focus when shopping for anything, & especially handbags! Have a great Wednesday, and as always thanks for reading! Now what are you waiting for?! Go get that handbag. PS- there’s a great giveaway below that includes a great handbag! 😉
