Hey strangers. Before I get to talking about this awesome $15 red ruffle off the shoulder dress I need to say I’m sorry. I have been so wishy-washy with blogging and I promise a post is in the works of why. Something personal in my life happened and it really affected me in a negative way to the point I didn’t really care about anything. I needed time to basically mourn and am on the path of recovery so to speak. Thank you to all who have reached out, and thank you to all that have stuck with me through this time in my life. Time to talk about this fabulous dress!
Hi babes! Continuing on my trip with Visit Mesa, we woke up the next day to head for an early hike at Usery Mountain Regional Park. The park is awesome. It’s a 3,648-acre park offering camping, archery & 29 miles of multi-use trails plus scenic wind caves. We did the short Wind Cave Trail Head hike which offers pretty views of both the desert and city. It was really neat to be surrounded by so many cacti and in the heart of the desert. Happy Friday! I had the pleasure of experiencing some of the best Mesa, AZ has to offer with Visit Mesa and am sharing our first day. Once arriving to Mesa in the afternoon I checked in to the Residence Inn Phoenix Mesa. It was such a lovely hotel that was recently renovated and close to all of the fantastic attractions. I loved the big rooms that included a separate living room, a kitchen with a full size refrigerator, and such a comfortable bed! After unpacking I met up with the other gals on the tour for lunch at Worth Takeaway. YUM!!! Everything on the menu was fresh and delicious and focused on local ingredients. I got the chicken salad which is actually on the menu as a sandwich, but one of the cool things you can do at this restaurant is make any sandwich a salad served over fresh greens with sweet potatoes. It was delicious!
Hey y’all, it’s me again. I know, I’m horrible. I did a little traveling and then have been going through the motions of life and have been feeling depressed and bad for myself.
